We worked with industry gurus such as SUF Cycle (recently rebranded from Sufferfest) and Les Mills to develop and curate indoor cycling workouts that offer energising soundtracks and high-voltage routines that build stamina and burn calories.

SUF – Endurance
Mid-tempo sessions with longer intervals help develop stamina over varied terrain and a prolonged period of time.
This range of classes builds endurance, with sessions combining longer effort intervals with periods of rest to prepare you for the next challenge. Condensed into less than 60 minutes, they pave the way to getting more out of higher-intensity riding and a heavier training load. They are brilliant mental training too.
SUF – Speed
A series of structured, power-based workouts and training plans designed to get you lightning fast.
These high-intensity workouts take riders through a series of short intervals, raising the threshold pace to sustain attacks and alternating between standing and sitting. Boosting your personal performance – as well as your cardio fitness – our speed-focused classes take your motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.
SUF – Race
Shut down attacks, chase breaks and smash sprints in these immersive sessions that put you in the peloton.
These varied sessions mimic the efforts and excitement of being in the race, with climbs, surges and sprints to push you to the limit. Making a truly exhilarating workout, they require high-intensity effort, pacing and recovery to get you to the finish line, with some spectacular video footage to travel through.
Les Mills – The Trip
This fully immersive multi-peak cycling workout is a thrill-seeker’s journey through digitally created worlds.
With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this innovative experience drives motivation and performance through an intense workout that burns serious calories. And best still, scientists have stated that the immersive element tricks your brain into registering less exertion as you’re powering through glaciers, jungles and underwater caves.

Les Mills – Sprint
A short, intense class that pushes you to your physical and mental limits for sure-fire fitness results.
This high-intensity, low-impact interval training combines bursts of full-on sprints – where you work your body as hard as you can – with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. It has minimal joint impact and you burn calories for hours after, helping you smash your fitness goals fast.

Les Mills – RPM
A fun, low-impact workout where you control the intensity, boosting your cardio and burning the calories under your own steam.
RPM™ lets you draw on the power of the music on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed, so you can build up your fitness level over time. A great way to get fitter at your own pace.
